Reminiscing

I'm a tad OCD.  More obsessive than compulsive, probably.  *heavy sigh*  But yeah, I'm OCD.  One of the things I'm OCD over is dates.  I remember dates.  And when the anniversary of those dates comes around every year...

24 January

1 February
8 February
Valentine's Day
17 February
19 March
26 April
3 April
1 June
Father's Day
21 June
23 June
1 July
17 Aug
31 Aug
9 September--uh, yeah.
Halloween
My birthday
31 December

Sometimes I ruminate on what happened, other times, apparently like this year's 31 Aug, I forget.  That doesn't happen very often, if at all...  Guess I'm moving on from thinking about when Diana died...  :)  Hey, that's a good thing!

Anyway, so today is one of those days.  I don't mind this day, though.  It's a good memory.  You see, two years ago, my mom and I headed back east for the trip I waited practically a lifetime for.  It was a genealogy/history buff/chocolate buff tour.  We went to western Pennsylvania to do research on our ancestors,  Hershey (duh), Gettysburg, and Washington, DC.  To help reminisce, here are some of my favorite photos from the trip.  :)
